Splitter The Splitter is a tool to make kindling, providing a splitting force of 2,4 tonnes, suitable for soft and hard woods. The lever action splits firewood up to 40 cm length. The action is safe and only a moderate force is required. The firewood is placed on the step which gives maximum leverage, the knife is then positioned where the wood is to be split. For safety: Keep both hands on the handle! The knife is hardened and can be resharpened.
